Real Solutions Private Limited, on behalf of the United Nations in Nepal invites applications from potential university graduates with minimum of bachelor degree belonging to socially excluded groups.

This traineeship programme, a joint initiation among the UN agencies aims to provide capacity building and professional training to prospective trainees, mainly focusing on developing their professional competencies while enhancing their employability prospects.

Initiated in April 2011, the United Nations has been carrying out traineeship programme every year and have successfully trained 173 trainees in the past 6 batches.  This 11-months-long programme is a full time on-the-job training assignments with access to mentoring and practical experiences in an international UN working environment.

The training program will also provide an opportunity to get involved in various training programs such as Skill Enhancement Training, Career Development Training, Personality Development Training, etc. Similarly, exposure to the real work experience and grooming in the right manner for the right job is what the trainees will be gaining from the programme.
